Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, with a focus on back-end development, and a strong understanding of Ruby on Rails; experience with Python, SQL, Go, ReactJS, or Java is a plus. They should also have proven ability to contribute to development projects and work independently, alongside a desire to learn and strong engineering fundamentals.

Responsibilities

As a Software Engineer, you will primarily focus on back-end development, contributing to both the maintenance and new feature development of Pattern’s advertising technology platform Predict, working closely with experienced engineers and participating in all phases of the software development lifecycle. You will collaborate with product managers on sprint planning, contribute to technical and product roadmaps, and leverage AI tools to enhance development processes and drive innovative solutions, while considering the entire product lifecycle and collaborating across functions to ensure maximum value. You will also be expected to be a game changer, a data fanatic, and partner obsessed, driving new solutions and efficiencies through innovative software development and delivering results that resonate with business needs.
