The Senior Software Engineer will implement new features, improve user experiences, and fix bugs in a SaaS application. They will review pull requests, pair program with team members, and ensure the team follows agreed-upon standards. The role involves working closely with the Implementations Team to turn customer needs into actionable work with technical designs, helping to define and implement future architecture, and ensuring the right level of resiliency, logging, monitoring, and security. The engineer will also support production by debugging and diagnosing issues, and mentor less experienced developers.
