5+ years of developer productivity or similar experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience at a hyper-growth startup
Prior experience in a public cloud environment (AWS, GCP) using Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Terraform
Expert knowledge of various CI/CD workflows
Exceptional coding skills

Responsibilities

Maintain an efficient CI/CD pipeline to help developers ship the software faster and safer in a structured environment
Build local environment tooling to enable the engineering team to build and test product features swiftly and safely
Work with the engineering team to get services deployed across different environments
Implement and optimize developer workflow to reduce friction and increase productivity
Provide recommendations for architecture and process improvements
