  • Deep knowledge of APIs, webhooks, OAuth, error handling, and rate limiting

  • History of building frameworks for integrations (not just point-to-point)

Responsibilities

  • Design, implement, and own high-scale integrations with SEPs + CRMs
  • Own data pipelines to handle billions of data points (Tasks, Prospects, Accounts, ETL, retries, rate limits)
  • Drive reliability and monitoring for integrations (uptime, latency, error rates)
  • Collaborate with Product and GTM on customer-impactful integration priorities
  • Mentor teammates and provide backend technical leadership within Core Dialer
