Requirements
- 2+ years of professional experience in software development
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- Must be commutable to NYC headquarters (Union Square) and operate in a hybrid environment with 2 days per week in the office (Tuesdays & Thursdays)

Responsibilities
- Develop, release, and run large-scale web applications that empower beauty and wellness businesses to operate and grow
- Build new AI features for our customers
- Develop and define our microservice-based infrastructure
- Build tools and solutions that enable internal teams to work faster, more effectively, with more confidence, and improve the value they can provide our users (Business Scalability team)
- Work on core experiences such as making payments friction-free for clients and customers, building tools to help customers earn more per hour, or enabling businesses to effortlessly grow and manage their teams
- Focus on front-end development, crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our web and mobile applications
- Improve performance, reliability, scalability, and security for our backend systems
