The Software Engineer will learn to create automated workflows and scripts to improve security operations and incident response. They will develop, test, and implement automation scripts using tools such as Python, PowerShell, and other scripting languages. Responsibilities include gaining hands-on experience with security tools, collaborating with teams for integration, and assisting in automating repetitive tasks for incident detection and response. The role also involves learning to develop playbooks, staying updated on cybersecurity trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and documenting automation processes.
