Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to develop solutions that position Arrive as a top freight brokerage.
• Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle: develop, test, deploy, and monitor owned features.
• Execute and collaborate on medium to large-scale technical solutions with increasing autonomy.
• Build technical expertise and influence within the organization, enhancing team effectiveness by understanding project objectives.
• Foster cross-team collaboration to build solutions that extend beyond individual team scope.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues by building relationships across departments.
• Commit to automation and testing practices to enable rapid iteration and confident coding.
• Share knowledge and expertise through guild talks, standards discussions, and other organizational initiatives.
• Deepen understanding of the logistics industry, our product, users, and mission.
• Practice thorough documentation and ensure codebases are maintainable for team members.
• Maintain high product quality through comprehensive test coverage.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably within the .Net framework.
• React experience is preferred.
• Strong understanding of core Computer Science fundamentals, engineering best practices, and industry trends.
• Experience in the Logistics Industry is a plus.
• Proficiency in system design.
