Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related major
5+ years of experience in application development
Proficiency in at least one of the following NodeJS development frameworks: ExpressJS or NestJS
Proficiency in ReactJS
Experience building scalable systems
Test-driven CI/CD commitment to quality software development
Experience with SQL databases
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS
Strong foundation in programming principles and design patterns
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to work following the US time zone
High-speed and stable internet connection (at least 50 Mbps) – Requires speed test screenshot and computer specs submission
Willingness to attend occasional in-person meetings in Metro Manila

Responsibilities

Investigate, identify, and fix software bugs reported by clients
Provide timely L3 technical support to clients within the US time zone
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client issues and improve software performance
Document bug fixes and troubleshooting methods for future reference
Help in developing new software features
