Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, and ideally have 1-4 years of experience as a full-stack engineer, with a preference for exceptional college graduates who have gained relevant experience through internships or co-ops. Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, particularly AWS, is required, along with proficiency in TypeScript, React, Redis, Postgres, and AWS CDK. Self-motivation, high ownership, and a low ego are essential, alongside a desire to thrive in a fast-paced and intense team environment.

Responsibilities

The Software Engineer will be responsible for unifying dozens-to-hundreds of fragmented systems, connecting with various on-prem systems, providing secure and reliable API interfaces, handling millions of API requests daily, building efficient caching layers for data storage, and creating a reliable API layer on top of legacy systems. They will also contribute to operational excellence, working with a passionate team to build a world-class engineering culture and supporting the company’s growth through innovative solutions.
