Candidates are required to possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent foreign degree. A minimum of five years of experience in Software Engineering, specifically with job-related tasks, is necessary, along with five years of experience in Web performance optimization techniques and five years of experience with modern web technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and Vue. Furthermore, five years of experience utilizing Canvas, SVG, and other visualization tools, and proficiency in browser testing and debugging tools are also required.
The Software Engineer will be responsible for building and maintaining Zoom’s whiteboard product, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring seamless UI functionality across various devices and platforms, optimizing code for fast loading times and smooth interactions, conducting quality assurance and user testing to ensure software stability, and documenting code and processes to facilitate collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
