Candidates should possess strong problem-solving skills and solid computer science fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and distributed systems. A minimum of two years of industry experience developing tools and backend services is required, along with fluency in at least one of Python, Golang, or TypeScript. Experience with enterprise-grade build systems like Bazel and familiarity with public cloud environments and Kubernetes are considered beneficial.
The Software Engineer will develop and extend features for the internal continuous integration platform, taking full ownership of assigned work items from problem understanding to production deployments. They will contribute to delivering high-quality software rapidly within the team and participate in rotation-based on-call support for internal clients. Additionally, they will work on the Health Portal, a platform for test health monitoring, including flaky test detection, code coverage analysis, and structured error reporting, and assist in maintaining high-quality codebases across the organization.
