Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, along with solid experience in software development and advanced skills in relevant programming languages and frameworks. They should also have experience as a Tester, Validator, Quality Assurance, Software Engineer in Test, or equivalent, and experience in test automation with market frameworks such as Selenium, Robot Framework, Cypress, Playwright, WebDriverIO, and others. Furthermore, candidates are expected to have experience working with Agile methodologies, knowledge of manual test case management tools like Azure DevOps/Test Lab, Zephyr, or qTest, and familiarity with performance testing tools like JMeter, Gatling, K6, or Locust. Experience with Behavior-Driven Development tools like Cucumber or Pytest-BDD, and knowledge of relational and non-relational databases such as Postgres, MySQL, or MongoDB are also required.

Responsibilities

As an Automation Testing Engineer, you will design, plan, code, and validate automated tests for software components, features, and new products, ensuring product and test quality through documentation reviews and identifying quality risks. You will collaborate with development and release teams to reuse test suites and deploy automation, manage version control and test environments, and work successfully with developers, DevOps, and project managers to deliver exceptional products to diverse customers.
