Requirements

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in software test automation or software development.
  • Education: Advanced degrees in computer science, software engineering, or a related field.
  • Proficiency:
    • Automation frameworks and CI test tools.
    • Developing test automation frameworks from scratch or familiarity with existing frameworks.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
    • “Test first” approach.
  • Environment Experience: Experience working in Unix/Linux and AWS environments.
  • Programming Languages: Experience with automation projects in JavaScript or Python.

Responsibilities

  • Define automation strategies.
  • Design and develop new automation frameworks.
  • Maintain and improve existing automation test suites.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report test automation results.
  • Contribute to automation infrastructure improvements.
  • Collaborate with Developers, QA, and PMs to identify automation test cases.
