Requirements

8+ years of experience as an SDET (Software Development Engineer in Test), with a focus on architecting and building test automation solutions, performance testing frameworks, and CI/CD pipelines for quality assurance
4+ years of hands-on experience utilizing various programming languages (including Python), test automation frameworks, and performance testing tools
1+ years of experience testing AI/ML solutions
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline such as Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Strong ability in Algorithmic Thinking to design, implement, and optimize complex Test Automation Frameworks
Solid experience with Automated Testing, specifically designing and executing comprehensive test strategies for ML models and AI-driven features, covering data validation, performance benchmarking, bias detection, and ensuring agent accuracy and reliability
Strong proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages for test automation and tool development
Solid understanding of Software Development principles and experience contributing to software projects
Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and proven experience integrating and optimizing automated testing within the delivery process
Solid experience with Source Control Management (SCM) tools and advanced branching and merging strategies
Deep understanding of various Testing Strategies and Test Design principles, including the ability to create complex test cases and design comprehensive automation approaches

Responsibilities

Designing, implementing, and executing comprehensive test strategies for ML models and AI-driven features, including data validation, performance benchmarking, bias detection, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of intelligent agents
Collaborating closely with MLOps and Product QA
Understanding the broader product strategy
Contributing to the software development lifecycle
Taking ownership of ML projects to deliver significant business impact
