Proven experience in test automation (minimum 3+ years preferred)
Proficiency in Java with a strong understanding of OOP principles
Strong hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver and Cucumber (BDD)
Proven API testing experience (REST/SOAP) including automation with tools such as RestAssured
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins
Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, and Cucumber (BDD)
Develop and execute API automated tests using tools such as RestAssured, Postman, or equivalent
Collaborate with developers, QA, and product teams to define test strategies and ensure full coverage
Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
Maintain test data, perform regression testing, and analyze test results to identify issues
Apply OOP principles to create maintainable and scalable test solutions
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives
Troubleshoot and optimize automation scripts and frameworks
