Requirements

  • 4–6 years of professional development experience
  • Strong in at least one modern language (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python etc.) and willing to use others
  • Experience with REST APIs, web frameworks, and databases (MongoDB, PostgreSQL, or equivalent)

Responsibilities

  • Design and build robust, modular software components that can scale and evolve
  • Work on APIs, services, and UI layers — typically in Node.js, Express, React, and MongoDB — while being open to exploring other technologies as needed
  • Implement integrations between systems using REST, HL7v2, FHIR, and proprietary protocols
  • Develop features from specifications, not trial and error — write code that is resilient, not reactive
  • Write clean, reusable, and cohesive code that others can easily extend
  • Debug, analyze, and optimize system performance and data flow
  • Collaborate with product, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality releases
  • Contribute ideas to improve architecture, workflow automation, and development practices
