Responsibilities

Design and build robust, modular software components that can scale and evolve
Work on APIs, services, and UI layers — typically in Node.js, Express, React, and MongoDB — while being open to exploring other technologies as needed
Implement integrations between systems using REST, HL7v2, FHIR, and proprietary protocols
Develop features from specifications, not trial and error — write code that is resilient, not reactive
Write clean, reusable, and cohesive code that others can easily extend
Debug, analyze, and optimize system performance and data flow
Collaborate with product, QA, and other developers to deliver high-quality releases
Contribute ideas to improve architecture, workflow automation, and development practices
