Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in software development or equivalent professional experience
  • Proficient in multiple programming languages, with deep expertise in at least one and the ability to choose appropriate technologies for specific use cases
  • Demonstrated experience maintaining and supporting multiple production systems, including debugging, monitoring, and resolving issues within SLAs
  • Skilled in designing, testing, and deploying APIs and moderately complex systems that are observable and easy to maintain
  • Strong understanding of software development tools and practices, including testing frameworks, monitoring solutions, and debugging techniques
  • Able to align technical solutions with business needs, collaborating across teams to identify and solve project-level challenges

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and maintain complex software applications using clean, modular, and optimized code aligned with design principles and best practices
  • Apply deep knowledge of databases, software frameworks, and technology platforms to build scalable and efficient solutions
  • Continuously learn and adopt new technical skills, sharing knowledge to elevate team capabilities and effectiveness
  • Lead and participate in code reviews, guiding code evolution and ensuring high-quality standards
  • Collaborate across teams and stakeholders to identify and implement holistic solutions that improve systems, processes, and efficiency
