Requirements

5+ years of experience in Python programming and machine learning
Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and practical applications
Experience with spaCy and Prodigy for NLP model training and annotation workflows
Proficiency in using OpenAI APIs for text transformation and generation
Solid grasp of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
Knowledge about transformers and experience in prompt engineering using OpenAI
Experience in model development lifecycle and MLOps
Experience with Jupyter Notebooks and Notebook orchestration tools
Experience with AWS (Sagemaker, S3, IAM, Lambda, and containers)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch is a plus
Experience using other LLMs is a plus
Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) is a plus
Background in linguistics or computational linguistics is a bonus

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy NLP models for structured text generation, entity recognition, and transformation tasks
Train and fine-tune models using spaCy, Prodigy or similar tools
Build pipelines to convert unstructured text data into structured formats for downstream applications
Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate models into production systems
Evaluate model performance, accuracy, and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and NLP technologies
