Requirements

Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES
Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience on Opcenter Execution Discrete tool
Excellent knowledge and hands-on experience on Out of the Box capabilities of Opcenter Execution Discrete tool
Experience of data export-import or data migration from lower environment to higher environments
Knowledge of ISA95 standard
Knowledge of Validation aspects and related software
Strong understanding of software engineering principles and methodologies
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
15 years full-time education

Responsibilities

Implement the configuration management plan as directed by the Configuration Lead
Assist in the design of software configuration and customization to meet the business process design and application requirements
Configure Siemens Opcenter Discrete and MOM systems according to business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications for system configuration
Conduct thorough testing and validation of configured systems to ensure they meet specified requirements and quality standards
Create and maintain detailed documentation of configuration settings, processes, and changes to ensure traceability and compliance
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for configured systems, addressing any issues that arise and implementing necessary adjustments
