This role is based in the New York, N.Y. office on a hybrid basis, with Orchestra staff required to be in office 3 days per week.
The role involves creating and curating compelling posts and visuals, developing and executing a cohesive content strategy, managing daily publishing and engagement, capturing and editing in-the-moment content at events and in-office, and using data to refine performance.
The ideal candidate is a storyteller and strategist who can plan from scratch, move between big-picture thinking and hands-on execution, and has skills in creating posts, stories, videos, photography, video editing, content calendar management, and data-driven refinement.
