OLIVER is seeking a creative and driven Social Media Content Creator to join our rapidly expanding team. This role involves working closely with the Creative Director and the existing team to generate engaging, customer-focused social content for our clients. The ideal candidate will have the ability and confidence to learn on the job and contribute to transforming digital marketing capabilities. Specific experience with User-Generated Content (UGC) in the automotive industry is a significant advantage.

Responsibilities
Content Creation
- Develop creative content ideas for social media platforms.
- Prepare a content calendar and produce compelling copy.
- Create visual imagery, graphics, and videos using tools like Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
- Adhere to brand guidelines for tone, voice, and visual content.
- Write clear and compelling copy for posts, captions, blogs, and other social media content.
- Craft stories that resonate with the target audience and effectively convey the brand’s narrative.
Strategy Execution
- Support content strategists and apply SEO best practices.
- Manage paid media strategies and collaborate with media agencies.
- Optimize content for different platforms, ensuring correct use of hashtags, keywords, and tags.
Community Management and Influencer Engagement
- Manage community interactions.
- Identify and collaborate with influencers and other brands for partnerships or sponsored content.
- Liaise with influencers and media agencies to boost content reach.
Analytics and Reporting
- Use analytics tools to track performance and generate reports.
- Provide insights for future content optimization.
- Track metrics such as likes, shares, comments, and follower growth.
Administrative Tasks
- Utilize social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to schedule and distribute content.
- Manage budgets for content creation and promotion, ensuring efficient resource utilization.
Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content is on-brand and effective.
- Discuss content strategy, performance, and revisions with clients as needed.
Continuous Learning
- Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in social media and digital marketing.
- Maintain a passion for and inquisitiveness about AI and new technologies.
- Understanding and knowledge of AI tools is beneficial.
Legal and Ethical Compliance
- Ensure all content complies with copyright laws and obtain necessary permissions and releases.
Innovation and Experimentation
- Test new content formats and experiment with different media types.
- Analyze and integrate feedback from followers, clients, and team members to improve content quality.
