Requirements

On-Camera Confidence: Professional, engaging, and authentic presence; comfortable hosting, interviewing, and storytelling directly to the audience
Acting/Performance Background: Prior acting, hosting, or performance experience is a strong plus
Experience: 1+ year as a content creator, videographer, or similar role; preferably with premium/luxury brands or high-end clients
Proven Growth Skills: Demonstrated experience in growing followers and engagement on social platforms
Portfolio: Must provide links to a portfolio and/or social media pages you’ve grown and managed
Technical Skills: Proficiency in video production and editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar)

Responsibilities

On-Camera Presence: Confidently host, present, and represent the brand on-camera for various content formats (explainers, interviews, testimonials, campaigns)
Visual Storytelling: Craft and deliver creative concepts that showcase our premium brand aesthetic and resonate with a sophisticated audience
Content Creation & Production: Plan, shoot, and edit engaging videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — from concept to final cut
Full Production Ownership: Handle filming, lighting, framing, editing, sound design, and post-production enhancements (music, graphics, overlays, effects)
Growth Focus: Create content strategies aimed at growing followers, increasing engagement, and building brand loyalty across platforms
Trendspotting: Proactively research and adapt the latest content styles, platform trends, and storytelling formats
Collaboration: Work with marketing and product teams to align content with campaign goals
