The SOC Analyst will review and analyze alerts escalated by the MDR team, perform deep-dive investigations into suspicious activity, and conduct incident response activities for medium-to-high severity incidents. Responsibilities include disabling user accounts, blocking malicious IPs, escalating complex incidents, auditing alert rules and integrations, coordinating with DevOps teams on vulnerability remediation, owning the triage and response process for security alerts, suggesting automation opportunities, monitoring security tool performance, triaging EDR alerts, and conducting threat hunting.
