Requirements

  • Leadership experience in supply chain planning, purchasing, and warehouse operations at a global manufacturing site
  • Expertise in optimizing end-to-end supply chain performance, including availability and value of raw, WIP, and finished goods materials
  • Proficiency in purchasing, planning, and scheduling for high-volume, 24/7 operations in a regulated environment
  • Strong knowledge of Danaher Business System (DBS) for forecasting, demand & supply planning, Kanban implementation, inventory management, and finished goods availability
  • Ability to identify, prioritize, characterize, and address supply chain performance issues guided by Danaher’s Core Value Drivers (CVDs) across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity
  • Experience in S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) processes, maintaining Master Plans, and incorporating live sales data for Raw Material Requirements Planning
  • Skills in developing relationships and performance improvements with upstream suppliers and downstream partners
  • Capability to mentor, coach, and lead supply chain teams, organizing them to meet business needs
  • Familiarity with warehouse operations, product flow, and working capital optimization using DBS
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, particularly with operations and site leadership

Responsibilities

  • Optimize Supply Chain KPIs (OTD, Past Due, Inventory, Material Availability, Warehouse performance) using structured data and DBS to drive improvements across the site team
  • Maintain and agree on Master Plan from monthly S&OP process, incorporate live sales data to create Firm Master Plan, and drive Raw Material Requirements Planning for all SKUs with the PSI (S&OP) Lead
  • Lead development of relationships, communication channels, and performance improvements with key upstream suppliers and downstream supply chain partners/stakeholders
  • Organize and develop the supply chain team (Planners, Buyers, Warehouse associates), providing mentoring, coaching, and strong leadership
  • Lead Supply Chain initiatives as part of the site leadership team, using DBS tools/techniques and collaborating with on-site peers and central functions
  • Ensure efficient daily operation of Warehouse facilities, maintaining effective product flow in/out of the manufacturing plant and optimizing working capital via DBS
  • Optimize efficient flow of finished goods (FG) materials through downstream sterilization, intermediate holding/release, and distribution to regional distribution centers
  • Lead excellent communication and teamwork between Supply Chain and Operations
  • Partner with site leadership team peers and functional leaders to support the Site Leader in achieving improved operational performance targets
