Level III PSIA / AASI Certification (required to be eligible for this position)
Extensive knowledge of biomechanics, movement analysis, and coaching methodology

Responsibilities

Deliver the highest level of personalized instruction to guests, including advanced and expert skiers seeking to master complex terrain and refine their performance
Design and lead multi-day programs, specialty clinics, and high-level private lessons
Mentor and train Level 1 and 2 instructors to elevate the overall quality of instruction within the school
Help drive program development and guest satisfaction while upholding the resort’s highest standards of professionalism and safety
Provide high-quality instruction in private & group settings across all ages & ability levels
Align with Crystal Mountain SRS teaching philosophies and progressions covered during training
Act as a guest service resource when approached by guests with generic Crystal Mountain Resort questions
Assess guest ability level during lessons
