Candidates should possess 3-5+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or Cloud Engineering roles. Proven experience supporting Azure-native platforms at scale, including AKS, App Services, and Azure Functions, is required. A strong track record in designing and optimizing secure CI/CD pipelines with tools like SonarCloud, supporting SaaS platforms in cloud-native environments, and demonstrating scripting and automation skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python are essential. Expertise in system monitoring, alerting, observability frameworks (e.g., Coralogix, OpenTelemetry), incident response, root cause analysis, and version control systems like Git are also necessary. Excellent collaboration, communication, and a strong sense of ownership are expected.
The Site Reliability Engineer will design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines, build resilient and automated cloud infrastructure on Azure, and optimize platform performance, reliability, and cost-efficiency. Responsibilities include contributing to architecture and automation strategies for PCI-compliant services, leading incident response efforts, implementing automation to reduce production issues, and maintaining observability across the platform. The role also involves writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible, eliminating complexity through automation, collaborating with engineering teams to embed reliability, and participating in on-call rotations for production support.
