Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Support CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline the software delivery lifecycle (help assist product teams to build/maintain)
  • Automate routine operational tasks and system maintenance to enhance reliability and consistency
  • Support installation, configuration, and upgrades of software engineering applications and environments
  • Administer and optimize Jenkins or other automation servers to ensure build and deployment stability
  • Evaluate, integrate, and support new tools and technologies that improve engineering efficiency and resilience
  • Implement, maintain, and enhance monitoring and testing solutions to ensure application health and performance
  • Perform technical root cause analysis, identify corrective actions, and prevent recurring issues
  • Participate in capacity planning, backup management, and scaling strategies to ensure system reliability
  • Collaborate in peer code reviews, offering feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge growth across the team
  • Ensure high availability and reliability of services through proactive monitoring and automation
  • Contribute to process improvements by identifying automation opportunities and suggesting technical enhancements
  • Work collaboratively across geographically distributed teams to achieve performance and reliability goals
