Administrative experience with Jenkins or similar CI/CD automation platforms
Working knowledge of Git or other version control systems
Practical experience with containerization and orchestration tools (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift)

Exposure to cloud technologies such as OpenStack, AWS, or Cloud Foundry

Responsibilities

Support CI/CD pipelines to automate and streamline the software delivery lifecycle (help assist product teams to build/maintain)
Automate routine operational tasks and system maintenance to enhance reliability and consistency
Support installation, configuration, and upgrades of software engineering applications and environments
Administer and optimize Jenkins or other automation servers to ensure build and deployment stability
Evaluate, integrate, and support new tools and technologies that improve engineering efficiency and resilience
Implement, maintain, and enhance monitoring and testing solutions to ensure application health and performance
Perform technical root cause analysis, identify corrective actions, and prevent recurring issues
Participate in capacity planning, backup management, and scaling strategies to ensure system reliability
Collaborate in peer code reviews, offering feedback and recommendations for continuous improvement
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior engineers, fostering knowledge growth across the team
Ensure high availability and reliability of services through proactive monitoring and automation
Contribute to process improvements by identifying automation opportunities and suggesting technical enhancements
Work collaboratively across geographically distributed teams to achieve performance and reliability goals
