Requirements

Minimum 2 years of top tier Construction and Engineering experience
Technical knowledge in Construction methods including productivities
Effective communication skills – both verbal and written, and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
Effective interpersonal skills – work with and get the best out of a wide mix of people
Effective organisational skills - able to manage time well and prioritise work
Intermediate to advance level in MS Office, especially Excel
Accuracy and attention to detail
Knowledge of industry standards and best practice

Responsibilities

Ensure all works are completed to a high standard and to spec, ensuring no rework. Ensure corrective actions from quality audits, snag lists and inspections are actioned, closed out and lessons are shared to prevent rework
Manage installation of temporary works within work area and ensure work area is compliant with temporary works management plan, inspected and approved for use
Lead crew to follow Work Plans, methodologies, drawings, ITP’s (Inspection and Test Plans), and specifications
Supervise and assist in the construction of civil infrastructure at Eastern Busway Alliance in Pakuranga, Auckland
Lead workers to optimize the use of time, material, plant, and subcontractor resources
Undertake and achieve project tasks in a safe manner in accordance with company values, policies, and procedures
Responsible for workmanship of their team and their subcontractors
