Requirements

NVH (Noise, Vibration, and Harshness) background preferred

Responsibilities
Develop and validate finite element analysis (FEA) models for structural, thermal, modal, stiffness, and harmonic response simulations
Conduct structural and multi-body dynamics (MBD) simulations to assess and optimize the performance of engineering components and systems
Provide design recommendations based on simulation results to ensure components meet performance and safety requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, manufacturing, and testing, to integrate simulation results into the product development process
Enhance current standard analysis practices and tools to improve prediction fidelity and execution speed
Document analysis objectives, assumptions, results, and conclusions in technical reports
Present simulation results and recommendations to engineering teams and management
Stay updated with the latest advancements in simulation technologies and methodologies
Adhere to safety rules, use required equipment, protective devices, or clothing, prevent accidents and illnesses, take precautions for self and coworkers protection, and report injuries or dangerous situations
