Candidates must possess a Doctoral degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, a Master’s degree with at least 3 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, an Associate’s degree with at least 7 years of experience, or an HS diploma or GED with at least 7 years of experience, particularly those who have completed relevant military degree programs or training, such as MCSAP, MESAP, or MOSAP. Degrees must be in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, a Physical Science, or a related technical field, and broader degrees will be considered with relevant training. United States Citizenship and position-appropriate security clearance, such as an Active TS/SCI with agency-appropriate polygraph, are required.
The Signals Analyst 2 will conduct signals analysis (COMINT, ELINT, FISINT, and/or PROFORMA) and/or design and engineering, focusing on aerospace, communications, electronic, or industrial systems, and will provide expertise in waveform, bitstream, and parametrics. They will utilize tools like PKTswing and NGView for bit-level identification and characterization, and will monitor and interpret changes in employment legislation across North America and develop HR policies to ensure compliance. They will also conduct audits, deliver training, and advise management on HR-related risk mitigation strategies.
