Requirements

MS or PhD in Electrical or Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
12+ years of extensive experience in Deep Learning, Machine Learning and Signal Processing
Strong foundation and understanding of DSP fundamentals, including knowledge of adaptive signal processing and communications theory (e.g., frequency domain filtering and processing, noise reduction)
Algorithm development experience and knowledge of deep learning concepts and architectures like CNNs, Transformers and Large Language Models (significant plus)
Prior experience developing 5G RAN algorithms, performance optimizations, benchmarking, acceleration architecture (definite plus)
Experience working with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch and Scikit-learn
Strong communication skills for working effectively across geographies

Responsibilities

Architect, analyze, develop and prototype key deep learning algorithms and solutions as a key member of a growing software team
Partner with the 6G team to apply AI optimizations in algorithms for Radio Access Networks (RAN) and Packet Core (6GC)
Work and collaborate with different software, research, and hardware teams across geographies to solve critical problems
Understand and analyze the interplay of hardware and software architectures on future applications
Support engagements with customers and their third-party software providers, collaborating with Product Management, Marketing, and Developer Technology teams
