Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to sit for extended time, walk up and down stairs safely, and file paperwork neatly in boxes (up to 30 lbs)
  • 2+ years’ experience in material handling preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to use a ten-key adding machine preferred
  • Must have a resume to be considered
  • Proficient in reading and writing; ability to complete on-the-job paperwork and communicate effectively across all management levels
  • Full and complete understanding of WMS inventory system

Responsibilities

  • Take physical inventory of finished goods in Material Handling system
  • Make all manual moves and computer file changes to correct product inventory
  • Do product transfers and make location changes via computer terminal
  • Record and file all inventory corrections and transfers in material handling office files
  • Monitor aged inventory, follow quality control aged inventory protocols, and work with corporate for scheduling inventory
  • Coordinate orders both boxes and combos and communicate with team on what needs completed
  • Spot and pull trailers timely and ensure orders are billed accurately and timely
  • Floating position - primarily 6PM - 2AM (floating to other shifts to cover absences)
