Requirements

1-3+ months of previous shipping experience
High school diploma or GED
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide by 5, 10, and/or 20, and perform these operations using weight measurement and volume
Ability to listen effectively, get clarification, and present information effectively in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and coworkers
Ability to read and interpret written information and write simple correspondence
Support everyone’s efforts to succeed; treat people with respect, work with integrity and ethically, and uphold the company’s values
Follow policies and procedures; complete administrative tasks correctly and on time; support organization’s goals and values
Use time efficiently

Physical ability to bend and twist neck/waist, squat, type, use mouse, sit/look at computer for long periods, use hands for various tasks (potentially including pliers, watch tools, or holder saw), hear alarms/signals/verbal instructions, lift/carry/move up to 50 pounds, sit/stand for extended periods, and tolerate occasional exposure to warehouse temperature/humidity fluctuations

Responsibilities

Sort all orders by return carrier service
Verify order correctness and completeness
Package orders in mailing box containers, seal with tape, and attach outside label
Process shipping for specified return carrier and close order
