Requirements
- Ability to move, lift, carry, and place merchandise and supplies weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
- Availability for full-time 10-hour shifts on a rotating schedule, 4 days per week, between 6am-6pm (1st shift) or 4pm-4am (2nd shift), available all week except Saturdays
- Detail-oriented and motivated
- Basic computer software and applications skills for tracking and identifying product
- Ability to operate hand-held scanners, powered equipment, and basic maintenance on equipment
Responsibilities
- Maintain sorter operation by removing full totes, replenishing empty totes, scanning totes and locations, and rearranging units for proper fill rates
- Manage product deliveries by preparing/reviewing/verifying receiving documentation, processing/counting/separating/scanning product, unloading from trailers, organizing inventory, transferring to production stations, and maintaining records/logs/forms
- Maintain quality, accuracy, and integrity of inventory/packages by removing damaged/expired product, resolving discrepancies, informing management of issues, and providing basic equipment maintenance (e.g., cleaning, changing labels/bags/ribbons)
- Complete work assignments using policies/data/resources, collaborate with team, identify priorities/deadlines, communicate progress, and adapt to change/feedback
- Ensure accurate packing/shipping by packing prescriptions, placing on conveyor, handling temperature-sensitive medication per specs, including supplies, stocking workstations, processing/labeling shipments with carrier software/equipment, and verifying paperwork
