Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, including Excel & Outlook is required
  • Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle NetSuite, preferred
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work in hot and cold environments
  • Ability to operate equipment such as forklifts, scissor lifts, ladders, voltmeters, hash board testers, and screwdrivers

Responsibilities

  • Assemble, order, and prepare goods for shipment
  • Record shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availability
  • Load and unload trucks
  • Receive and unpack materials and supplies
  • Report damages and discrepancies for accounting, reimbursement, and record-keeping purposes
  • Complete shipping and receiving reports
  • Monitor e-mail queue and log all e-mails within the ticketing system
  • Monitor ticket queue and follow-up on open tickets
  • Monitor spare parts inventory levels
  • Ensure parts levels are maintained above inventory thresholds
  • Process orders for new parts
  • Foster open, respectful, and professional communication directly within the team as well as with co-workers/teammates and leaders across the organization
  • Performs other duties as assigned
