Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in supporting SharePoint (On-Prem preferred) or ASP.NET-based applications
  • Hands-on experience in SharePoint 2013/2016/2019 administration and support
  • Good knowledge of SharePoint Central Admin, PowerShell, IIS, SQL Server
  • Hands-on with site collection management, service applications, and content database optimization
  • Basic .NET Framework understanding and troubleshooting of C# or VB.NET web applications
  • Experience with SQL Server for data extraction and query troubleshooting
  • Strong understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes including incident, problem, and change management
  • Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy
  • Familiar with Active Directory, DNS, SSL certificates, and related integrations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, stakeholder engagement, client interaction, and documentation skills
  • Fluent in Arabic and English
  • Previous working experience in the Middle East (highly desirable; available in Saudi to join immediately preferred)
  • Experience working in or with Middle Eastern clients or organizations; working in Banking, Finance is an added advantage
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams under pressure
  • ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus
  • Arabic language proficiency (basic or conversational) is advantageous
  • Familiarity with hybrid (SharePoint On-Prem + Online) deployments is a plus
  • Exposure to enterprise-grade environments and digital transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

  • Provide L2/L3 support for SharePoint On-Prem and .NET-based web applications
  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint sites, web parts, workflows, and content databases
  • Support custom .NET applications, perform minor code fixes, and manage deployments
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and change requests using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow or BMC Remedy
  • Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution and performance optimization
  • Perform root cause analysis and prepare detailed RCA reports
  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles for supported applications
  • Participate in application patching, upgrades, and regular maintenance schedules
  • Engage with end-users and business stakeholders to understand and resolve their issues effectively
