Requirements

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (preferred)
  • Knowledge and/or micro-certification in at least one of the following: Customer Service Management (CSM), Playbooks, Flow Designer, Now Assist / AI, Platform Analytics, Predictive Intelligence, Service Portal, Catalog Items, Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and best practices
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills in English

Responsibilities

  • Test development work completed in a ServiceNow instance
  • Contribute to and develop test cases for the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)
  • Perform regression testing to support major upgrades and releases
  • Collaborate with developers and business analysts to ensure test coverage and quality standards
  • Document test results and provide feedback for defect resolution
