The ServiceNow Developer/Administrator will administer and support daily operational requirements of computer network systems, including workstation, file servers, and web servers, while installing hardware, software, and systems upgrades. They will maintain and troubleshoot network security tools, lead training for staff, assist customers with IT issues, monitor system configurations, and provide instruction on computers and applications. Additionally, the role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, and network related issues, supporting Windows and Linux/Unix operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and various engineering tools, applying advanced diagnostic techniques, and working with the Information Systems Security Officer (ISSO) for system accreditation. The position also requires maintaining data files, monitoring system configuration, assisting with monthly progress reports, and providing recommendations for future IT needs.
