Requirements

  • Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules; familiarity with Performance Analytics and ServiceNow AI features
  • Demonstrable experience in ServiceNow implementations (as a Business Analyst or Consultant)
  • Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or PMP)
  • A client-centric mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Valid working permit for the EU
  • No previous unspent convictions for criminal offences under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania (except minor road traffic violations)

Responsibilities

  • Gather requirements and map them to ServiceNow capabilities
  • Be the point of contact for all stakeholders from requirements gathering to delivery stage
  • Oversee roadmap planning, feature delivery, and internal/external communications throughout the development lifecycle
  • Supervise post-deployment satisfaction and feedback to ensure continuous improvement
  • Act as a training and enablement specialist for internal teams and clients to maximize ServiceNow adoption and value
  • Lead the analysis and enhancement of customer support processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and leveraging data insights
  • Collaborate with Client Support teams to address challenges, develop strategies that improve customer satisfaction, and evaluate the impact of operational changes
