Requirements

Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM and ITOM modules; familiarity with Performance Analytics and ServiceNow AI features
Demonstrable experience in ServiceNow implementations (as a Business Analyst or Consultant)
Exposure to project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or PMP)
A client-centric mindset with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Valid working permit for the EU
No previous unspent convictions for criminal offences under the Criminal Code of the Republic of Lithuania (except minor road traffic violations)

Responsibilities

Gather requirements and map them to ServiceNow capabilities
Be the point of contact for all stakeholders from requirements gathering to delivery stage
Oversee roadmap planning, feature delivery, and internal/external communications throughout the development lifecycle
Supervise post-deployment satisfaction and feedback to ensure continuous improvement
Act as a training and enablement specialist for internal teams and clients to maximize ServiceNow adoption and value
Lead the analysis and enhancement of customer support processes by identifying inefficiencies, implementing improvements, and leveraging data insights
Collaborate with Client Support teams to address challenges, develop strategies that improve customer satisfaction, and evaluate the impact of operational changes
