Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) certification is required
Strong experience in hosting and facilitating SCRUM sessions with development teams
Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the ServiceNow ecosystem
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to work collaboratively across business and technical teams
Experience in Health & Safety compliance is a plus

Responsibilities

Serve as a Business Analyst for agile development teams, leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
Collaborate with business leaders, process owners, and IT teams to gather and analyze requirements for ServiceNow implementations
Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to understand pain points, business challenges, and optimization opportunities
Act as a liaison between business teams and IT, ensuring that ServiceNow solutions align with organizational objectives
Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, gathering feedback to validate system functionality
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to developers and ServiceNow administrators
Stay updated on ServiceNow best practices and industry trends, particularly in Health & Safety compliance
Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for automation and optimization using ServiceNow capabilities
