  • 75% Dispatching Tickets to Field Service Partners through CRM platform: Triage agent requests to send Field Service Partners for troubleshooting, maintenance, or repair; create new field dispatch work orders and assign to designated field partners; obtain completed site visit reports and photos
  • 15% Providing updates internally to agent tickets: Provide field service updates to Customer Service and Technical Support teams
  • 10% Attending Meetings: Weekly Service Network Team Meetings, weekly cross-departmental team meetings, bi-weekly all hands meetings, other meetings as needed
