Responsibilities

  • Deliver technical support and repair services for Stryker products, including preparing service quotations and reports for customers and dealers
  • Conduct product trials and equipment demonstrations in collaboration with the Sales team to support business growth
  • Coordinate installations and provide on-site preventive maintenance services in hospitals, ensuring compliance with documented procedures and ISO standards
  • Maintain quality standards to ensure zero non-conformance reports during ISO audits
  • Perform technical repairs and equipment testing in alignment with corporate, ISO, and local regulatory requirements
  • Liaise with manufacturing sites to manage product maintenance and replacements efficiently
  • Execute repair and maintenance services across multiple product portfolios, including Instruments, Endoscopy, Communication, Navigation, Mako, and Mobius
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and support across departments
