Requirements

Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and emergency responsiveness (weekend availability is a MUST)
Able to work ten hour-plus shifts and stand, sit, squat, or walk for extended periods, including up and down stairs
Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Effective verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of health and sanitation codes and policies
Organized with strong attention to detail
High integrity and professionalism
Positive, joyful, upbeat, and energetic attitude, leading by example
Must be 18 years old or older (legal age to serve and/or bartend)

Responsibilities

Make guests feel appreciated and welcome through actions
Seek meaningful connections with guests and cultivate regulars
Serve guests with a genuinely positive attitude and have a good time
Convey passion and knowledge for beer and entertainment; remain humble
Convey enthusiasm for the food menu, maintain knowledge of menu and food allergies, show interest in the Level99 experience
Approach guests with empathy and create a welcoming but not overbearing table presence
Be present and attentive, recognizing guests' needs via visual cues
Work as a team at all times, supporting one another and prioritizing guests
Be proactive about keeping server stations stocked and section clean
Review daily tasks checklist to ensure floor is clean and ready for service
Run food, bus tables, and contribute to beer hall experience
Uphold "Full hands in. Full hands out."
Accurately process transactions using POS system, including payments and order tracking
Understand and follow steps of service
Be punctual and ready to work
Check guest identification to verify legal drinking age
Embrace change and desire to grow
Maintain transparency with team and management
Comply with all health, safety, and hygiene standards and policies
Perform all other duties as needed and requested
