Requirements

Candidates should possess at least six years of professional experience, with a strong foundation in scripting languages such as Python or Bash, and experience with compiled/embedded languages like C or C++. Familiarity with data pipeline development and shell scripting proficiency are also required. Bonus points include experience with ecosystems like Optitrack, Manus/StretchSense/Rokoko, AR/VR headsets, and Zed cameras, as well as experience with message queuing systems, distributed systems, ROS/ROS2, and real-time system development.

Responsibilities

The Sensor Orchestration and Data Transfer SDE will develop real-time orchestration software for managing data capture from deployed sensors, rapidly prototype orchestration and data pipelines for new sensors, and create data conversion or modification pipelines to prepare data for downstream consumption.
