Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in UX/UI design, specifically within a marketing context. Strong proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and a deep understanding of responsive design principles are required. Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and creating marketing landing pages is also essential.
The Senior UX/UI Designer will be responsible for creating visual content for marketing materials including landing pages, social media graphics, email templates, and advertisements, ensuring brand consistency and alignment with marketing goals. They will conduct thorough user research, analyze industry trends, and develop information architecture to create intuitive user experiences. Furthermore, the designer will plan and conduct usability testing sessions to gather feedback and improve designs, and will contribute to campaign design and execution across multiple channels.
