Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Computer Interaction, Industrial Design or related technical field
5 - 8 years of work, personal project, or internship experience with the full product design process, from research to rollout
Portfolio of UX projects to illustrate applied experience
Experience with design tools including, but not limited to Figma (proficiency in components, auto-layout, variants, prototyping, and efficient file organization), Sketch, InVision, Adobe Creative Suite, etc
Advanced visual and interaction design skills with strong attention to detail, usability, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and comprehensive state coverage across complex interfaces
Skilled in no-code or low-code tools such as Framer, Webflow, or internal builder platforms; understands modular design translating into reusable, configurable UI systems
Strong UX writing skills to craft clear, concise, and helpful in-product copy
High level of demonstrated proficiency in at least one UX area, such as research, information architecture, visual design or interaction design
Enterprise product design experience and designing web-based applications
Experience leading a team
Familiarity with data privacy, third-party risk management, and/or security spaces
Ability to work well in a team environment and effectively communicate with team members, product managers, and senior management
Scrum certification
Strong collaborator, self-learner who enjoys researching and applying UX trends, thrives in rapid, iterative processes
Data-informed, passionate about understanding user behavior, curious about emerging AI trends

Responsibilities

Assist with all UX responsibilities under oversight of a Principal UX Designer
Translate research findings into actionable design solutions
Run usability tests, analyze customer feedback, and iterate quickly
Collaborate cross-functionally within a 3-in-a-box model (UX, PM, ENG)
Present design rationale and lead design reviews
Work in agile environments and deliver at pace within sprint cycles
Maintain high standards for design quality and continuous improvement
