Requirements

4–6 years of experience in UI/UX or digital design, with a strong record of delivering high-quality web projects
A portfolio that demonstrates creative problem-solving, user-centered design, and measurable business impact
Expert proficiency in Figma with the ability to deliver production-ready designs quickly and effectively
Strong knowledge of responsive design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
Experience working with design systems and component-based design
Familiarity with usability testing, A/B testing, and data-driven design
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders
Ability to balance speed with quality, delivering polished work under tight deadlines
English proficiency at B2 level or higher

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end design for multiple websites reaching millions of users
Own and evolve the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and accessibility
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, data-informed web experiences
Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes for responsive web pages and campaign landing pages
Own and evolve our design system and component library, ensuring brand consistency and scalability
Lead user research initiatives and translate insights into actionable design improvements
Partner with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately, efficiently, and with high quality
Drive A/B testing and optimization by producing design variations and analyzing outcomes
Uphold accessibility and usability best practices across all digital touchpoints
Present design concepts to stakeholders and advocate for user-centered solutions
