Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering, a minimum of ten years of experience in water treatment and project management, and a Professional Engineer (PE) license. Excellent technical writing, organizational, and communication skills are essential, along with self-motivation and the ability to collaborate effectively with others.
The Senior Treatment Project Manager will provide senior technical planning, design, and construction support on various water and wastewater treatment and collection system projects, including pump stations, water and wastewater treatment design, and wet weather facilities. They will conduct hydraulic calculations, field experience with pump testing and troubleshooting, preparation of O&M manuals, mentor and coach staff, contribute to the company’s technical practice in pumping systems, prepare engineering calculations and reports, develop and complete applications and specifications, prepare design cost estimates, conduct research and development, and prepare project status reports. Additionally, they will communicate project details with other design engineers, assist with proposals and marketing, attend client and project meetings, and maintain excellent client relations.
