Requirements

5+ years of banking operations, treasury, or related experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of performance
Knowledge of US and Canadian payment rails, cash management, and accounting principles
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems and Microsoft Excel, and a keen interest in learning new technology

Responsibilities

Support Hiive Settlement process to facilitate back-office settlement on customer transactions
Support reconciliation and recording of the customer funds ledger in adherence to the applicable regulation framework
Conduct research on foreign exchange and recommend FX hedging strategies
Support analysis and maintain reporting requirements for credit facilities
Assist in analyzing the investment portfolio and calculating short-term funding needs
Support Treasury administrative functions, including bank account opening process, bank fee analysis, and trade recommendation
Maintain weekly cashflow forecast and cash balance update
Support ongoing strategic initiatives related to treasury and payments
