Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
Proficiency in Python and preferably a low-level language and basics of a UI framework
Familiarity with distributed systems
Familiarity with Derivative Products or Risk management frameworks
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
Strong problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset with detail-oriented approach to operations
Ability to move quickly and adapt to a fast-moving environment
Comfort working in a highly agile, intensively iterative software development process
Desire to work in an early-stage product startup

Responsibilities

Develop tooling and systems to support trading activities: pricing enhancements for derivatives, execution algos and infrastructure, trading product development, etc
Promote strong collaboration within a cross-functional team, including design, product management, traders, quants, and trade operations
Solve technical problems of high scope and complexity
Be involved in some of the most innovative products within the industry, like correlation exotics, missing data vol pricing, etc
